My first bow tie picture

Today I wore one of my bow tie to work, my daughter comment to her dad  "you look snazzy", that was cool. I plan to continue wearing various style of bow tie and one day teach her and my son how to tie one. Next Church, Here are some picture from this morning below.

Tragedy

My heart bleed for all the twenty young lives taken from the town Newtown CT. I know we as Americans will United all politicians from all States to end this senseless violence, Rest in Peace.

Track Event Meeting

I went to a track and field event meet to cheer on the US future Olympian. As I watch these young athletes strive and compete to win over their opponent in various events, one thing became clear to me, it's not how you start, but how you finish. So life is a marathon, as we grow older and wiser, I imply we try and finish strong

Introduction

My name is Rotimi Shodiya I was born on the South side of Chicago Illinois. I spent my youth and teenage years in Nigeria West Africa. In 1990, I returned to the United States with the ambition to become a Certified Public Accountant, but I quickly discovered my talent in Technology. I am happily married to the ONE, we are blessed with two wonderful children Pretty me and Mini me, they are my inspiration

I love meeting people from various cultures. I love music I picked up my first musical instrument at the age of 12. I performanced mostly in front of family and at church. I currently played the musical keyboard and learning new chords. Thanks to the online classes and self taught DVD that is available, no more difficult instructors? I have taken on a new hobby to go out in the community to help at various shelters either in their kitchen or to counsel victim of any circumstance, which helps me develop to be a better person.

I enjoy jumping in the van with my family and going to various Cities and States.  We have visited 27 states so far.  My wife and I enjoy playing tennis, which she always wins, but the time spent together having fun is priceless. I also enjoy going to science fair with the children and attending the Junior Olympic and many sports activities. I think Football (soccer) is the best sport in the World, the passion to compete every four years on the biggest stage is immeasurable. I am planning to watch the World cup . I enjoy watching other sports, but the structure of time out is still one thing I cannot get over. I believe it takes away from the momentum of the whole competition
